نص بيان السيد رئيس مجلس السيادة القائد العام للقوات المسلحة الفريق أول ركن عبدالفتاح البرهان بمناسبة عيد الأضحى المبارك
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
والصلاة والسلام علي سيدنا محمد إمام المرسلين
الشعب السوداني الكريم
في هذا اليوم المبارك من هذا الشهر المبارك أسأل الله تعالي أن تعود هذه المناسبة علي بلادنا العام المقبل وهي موحدة قوية صامدة وعلي شعبنا الصابر وهو ينعم بالأمن والإستقرار .
المواطنون الشرفاء
يأتي العيد هذا العام وبلادنا تتعرض لمؤامرة دوافعها تمزيق وحدة هذا البلد وتفتيت نسيجه الإجتماعي وتشريد أهله كل ذلك ودونه تحقيق مطامع شخصية لمجموعة تمردت علي الدولة وإستعانوا لإشباع شهوتهم للسلطة بضعاف النفوس والمرتزقة فالعالم كله يشاهد الجرائم التي ترتكب ضد الشعب السوداني بالخرطوم والأبيض وطويلة وزالنجي ونيالا والجنينة التي وقعت فيها جريمة أقل ما توصف بأنها من جرائم التطهير العرقي والإبادة الجماعية وإستعان بعصابات إنتهكت الأعراض وإستباحت المنازل وإتخذتها مقار لقواتها ونهبت ممتلكات المواطنين ومقتنياتهم ودمرت البنية التحتية للدولة وبنيتها الخدمية فأصبحت أعمال القتل والإغتصاب والنهب والسرقة سمة لهذه المجموعات المتمردة .
المواطنون الشرفاء
منذ اليوم الأول لتمرد المدعو محمد حمدان دقلو وزمرته ظلت القوات المسلحة في كل ربوع السودان تتحمل مسئوليتها في التصدي لهذه المؤامرة الغادرة وهي قادرة بإذن الله علي تدمير وسحق هذه المجموعات وهي تمضي في سبيل ذلك بصبر وثبات .
وفي هذا المقام شكرنا وتقديرنا للشعب السوداني لوقفته القوية التي إنتظمت ربوع بلادنا تأييداً ومساندة للقوات المسلحة فهي منهم ولهم ولن تخذلهم أبداً بإذن الله .
المواطنون الكرماء
مضي عامنا الرابع منذ إندلاع ثورة ديسمبر التي مهرها الشباب بدمائهم لتحقيق حلمهم في إنتقال ديمقراطي يحقق أحلامهم في بناء دولة الحرية والسلام والعدالة وهذا ما ظلت القوات المسلحة منذ تفجر الثورة تسعي معهم لتحقيقه ولكن حاول المتمرد محمد حمدان وزمرته إختطاف هذا الثوة لتحقيق مطمعه وطموحه الشخصي بالسيطرة علي البلاد وتكوين مملكته الخاصة التي يريد بناءها علي أشلاء وجماجم السودانيين ونقول له لن يحدث ذلك ونحن فوق ظهر الأرض وستبقي القوات المسلحة أحرص المؤسسات علي إنتقال السلطة لحكومة مدنية يديرها شعب السودان ليس من باب المتاجرة الرخيصة كما يهرف المتمردون .
الشعب السوداني الأبي
إن حجم المؤامرة يتطلب من الجميع اليقظة والإستعداد للتصدي للمهددات الوجودية لدولتنا ولذلك نطلب من جميع شباب بلادي وكل من يستطيع الدفاع أن لا يتردد أو يتأخر في أن يقوم بهذا الدور الوطني في مكان سكنه أو بالإنضمام للوحدات العسكرية لنيل شرف الدفاع عن بقاء الدولة السودانية التي تداعت عليها المؤامرات داخلياً وخارجياً .
تحية الفخر والصمود والعزة لجنود جيشنا العظيم وهم يسطرون التاريخ لمجابهة الغزاة والمرتزقة فهم دوماً سند هذا الوطن وعزوته والتحية لقوات الشرطة السودانية التي دافعت عن أمن البلاد ولقنت العدو درساً في التضحية والفداء وعبرهم التحية لجهاز المخابرات العامة والتحية والشكر للدول الصديقة والشقيقة التي ساندت وتساند الشعب السوداني لتجاوز هذه المحنة والشكر والتقدير لدول الجوار وهم يسهلون دخول مواطنينا ويستقبلونهم بلا من أو أذي ويقدمون الدعم والعون الإنساني .
شكر وإجلال وإكبار لأبناء وبنات بلادي في جوار العاصمة وهم يقدمون المأوي وكل ما لديهم لأهلهم من الخرطوم في رحلة خروجهم , التحية لحكومات الولايات والوزراء المكلفين الذين صبروا مع شعبهم من أجل تسيير أمورهم الحياتية , وكذلك التحية للقائمين علي امر خدمات المواطنين في مرافق المياه والكهرباء والصحة وهم يعملون في ظروف في غاية الخطر صنعتها هذه الزمرة المتمردة .
التحية لإعلام بلادي الشرفاء وهم يقفون خلف قواتهم بالكلمة الصادقة والواعية بمخاطر التمرد .
الجنة والخلود لشهداء معارك المجد والكرامة من المدنيين والعسكريين وعاجل الشفاء للجرحي .
بمناسبة عيد الفداء تعلن القوات المسلحة أن أول أيام عيد الأضحي المبارك سيكون فيه وقف لإطلاق النار من جانب واحد .

Statement of the head of the sovereignty council and commander of the armed forces Lt. General Abdel Fattah Al Burhan on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al-Adha
In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Merciful
Peace and prayers be upon our prophet Muhammed, Imam of messengers
Dear Sudanese people,
On this blessed day of this blessed month, I ask Allah Almighty that this occasion comes again to our country next year with it unified, strong and steadfast, and with our patient people enjoying security and stability.
Honorable citizens,
Eid comes this year with our country subjected to a plot which aims to tear the unity of this country, fragment its social fabric, and displace its people. All of this is to realize the personal ambitions of a group that rebelled against the state and used weak souls and mercenaries to satisfy their lust for power. The whole world is witnessing the crimes committed against the people of Sudan, in Khartoum, Elobeid, Tawila, Zalingei, Nyala and in Geneina, where the crimes that occurred there can be least described as ethnic cleansing and genocide. Gangs are used to violate honors and violate homes and turn them into headquarters for their forces and loot properties and belongings of citizens and destroy the infrastructure of the state and its service structure. These acts of killing, rape, looting and theft have become a feature of these rebel groups.
Honorable citizens,
From the first day of the rebellion of the so-called Muhammad Hamdan Dagalo and his group, the armed forces throughout Sudan have been shouldering their responsibility in confronting this treacherous plot and they are able, God willing, to destroy and crush these groups, and are working towards that with patience and steadfastness.
In this regard, we express our gratitude and appreciation to the Sudanese people for their firm stand throughout our country in support of the armed forces, as it is one of them and they will never let them down, Allah willing.
Gracious Citizens,
We’ve passed our fourth year since the December Revolution, which the youth paid their blood to achieve their vision of a democratic transition that achieves their dreams of building a state of freedom, peace and justice. And this is what the armed forces has been striving to achieve since the start of the revolution, but the rebel Mohammed Hamdan and his group have tried to highjack the revolution to achieve his personal greed and ambition of controlling the country and establishing his own kingdom built on the remains and skulls of the Sudanese people. We are telling him that this will not happen while we are on the surface of the earth, and the armed forces will remain the institution most keen on the transfer of power to a civilian government run by the people of Sudan, not through cheap trades as the rebels wish.
Dear Sudanese people,
The level of the conspiracy requires everyone to be vigilant and ready to confront the existential threats to our state. Therefore, we ask all the youth of our country and everyone who can defend it not to hesitate or delay in playing this patriotic role, whether in their place of residence or by joining the military units to gain the honor of defending the survival of the Sudanese state which is experiencing internal and external conspiracies.
Salute of pride, steadfastness and pride to the soldiers of our great army as they write history by confronting the invaders and mercenaries, for they have always been the support and pride of this country. Salute to the Sudanese police forces that defended the security of the country and taught the enemy a lesson in sacrifice and redemption. And through then we salute the general intelligence services. And we express gratitude and appreciation to the friendly and neighboring countries which supported and continue to support the people of Sudan and to l neighboring countries as they facilitate the entry of our citizens, receive them without harm, and provide support and humanitarian aid.
I thank and honor and admire the sons and daughters of my country in the capital as they provide shelter and everything they have for their people in Khartoum on their journey out. Salute to the state governments and assigned ministers who have been patient with their people in order to manage their life affairs, as well as to those in charge facilities of services to the people: water, electricity and health facilities as they work in extremely dangerous conditions created by this rebellious group.
Salute to the honorable press of my country as they stand behind their forces through honest words, aware of the dangers of the rebellion.
Heaven and eternity for the martyrs of the battles of glory and dignity, be they civilians or military personnel, and a speedy recovery to those wounded.
On the occasion of the Eid of Redemption, the armed forces announces a unilateral ceasefire on the first day of Eid Al-Adha.
May every year find Sudan and the armed forces well.
